EPIK Sport is a 24-month Erasmus+ project dedicated to improving the safety and well-being of children and youth in sports. Recognizing the vulnerability of young athletes to injuries with potential long-term physical and psychological impacts, the project fosters a safe and supportive environment through education, innovation, and collaboration.

At its core, EPIK Sport focuses on the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program –the Educational Prevention and Intervention Kit (EPIK)– designed for sports coaches and medical students. This evidence-based program bridges gaps in education and cooperation, equipping participants with advanced skills in injury prevention, identification, and management.

By enhancing technical competencies and fostering effective communication between professionals, EPIK Sport aims to ensure better health outcomes for young athletes.
